My DiveRite HID MR11 flooded the light head yesterday after 11 dives. The vis was so good that I did not notice right away. Light started flickering, I looked at the bulb and water was inside. I turned off the power and on the surface noticed that where the cable enters the light head the cable had a crack so water was entering the inner wires and into the bulb area. I think the cable cracked due to wrist flexing with the goodman handle. I contacted Dive Rite and they have upgraded the new models with a flex portion at the lighthead. I am sending my whole package to them for pressure testing and bulb replacement today. They say possible turn around time up to 2 days. WOW. great. Gonna have to dive on the LED again.
