Im from Davao City and planning to open a small dive shop, can u help me start? I dont have any certification yet although I've tried scuba diving in Dos Palmas, Palawan. I recently moved to Davao City and thought of doing business that has something to do with scuba diving or adventure sports which I really love doing. Hope to hear from you.
