Hello!

I'm new here on the forums, so let me introduce myself briefly.

My name is Nicholas Dackard, and i'm a fourteen year old boy, from Helsingborg, Sweden. I've been fascinated by the sea most of my life, and i've shared this fascination with my father. Roughly a year ago, in Greece, me and my father tried Scuba diving, with one of the dive centers on Crete, In my opinion, nothing i've experienced beats the 40 minutes that day!

Well it's summer again of course, and me and my Father have decided for a Trip to the Maltese island of Gozo. The trip we've ordered is specially focused on diving, therefore the PADI Open Water (I think it's called) is included in the price, aswell as a high class 4 star hotel. I'm quite excited about the trip, and what is going to happen the 7 days we are on Gozo.

I hope the trip we've ordered will leave an impression on us for as long as we live, aswell as open the doors to exploring the sea. If any of you have been on Gozo, wether on the land or diving - i'd be thrilled to hear of your thoughts.

Thanks!

Nicholas.

I have never been there, Nicholas, but I wanted to wish you well and hope you have a great time. I know you will enjoy your diving experience and we look forward to welcoming you to the ranks of certified divers!

Thank you Maya! I look forward to learning from this board, aswell as becoming part of the community.

I've never been to the Mediterranean, Nicholas. I hope that you'll post a trip report after your adventures in Gozo. I'll be looking forward to it.
