Hey Richard! I'm Richard AND I'm in SoCal! We ROCK! Welcome to th eboard and to diving. You'll love it. What part of socal are you in?

Rich,

you will be amazed at the amount of knowledge contained
on this site.

One bit of advice that helped me.

If you have a question, go to the top of the page and
do a search on that topic .

You will see immediate answers. That way you wont have to
check back here daily( altho thats not a bad thing) to see
what people have to say.

hello & welcome to the boards.just remember to stay as relaxed as possible (this is a fun thing not a stress thing)it can be a bit overwhelming at first but take your time & enjoy this great sport.

You gotta deal with the commute up and down the 5 huh? Bummer. At least it's not as bad as the 405 or the 91! Make sure you go dive Laguna Beach, Shaws Cove is great .

Later!

Nope I take the 5 to the 91....91 will be ok when they fix the carpool lanes. But now it sucks..Thats why I spend most of my time in the OC area then head home later in the evening..Good thing Anaheim Stadium is on my way home....LOL
