Hi From the finger lakes of NY. Searching 4 here. Currently on vacation in Mass. Just dove Back Beach in Rockport. More like snorkel Did not bring enough weight. just bought a neoprene Dry suite . Will invest in a nylon

Hey from Lockport. We are headed out to finger lakes this weekend. Gonna dive Cayuga lake.

This is a longshot given how old this thread is, but how was the diving at Cayuga? Would you recommend/do it again?
Enjoy the diving in the finger lakes! I’m about an hour north and do dive work on Cayuga and Seneca.
There is a sunken barge in Cayuga. Other than that, you may see some bass, catfish, or try to find crayfish. The middle and south sections of the lake are deeper so less weeds towards the shoreline.
