Stella has what is literally a shack with a compressor at the Blue Hole. She has been doing that as long as I can remember. She both fills tanks and and has tanks she rents out. She does have weights, wetsuits, and some other equipment to rent. She is there weekends and can be reached for fills at odd hours during the week, but she does have a day job so is not always available.
