Hi we're new to this site, just thought i'd see if there was anyone with any advice on finding work at the moment. Have posted on the Padi site as well. Experienced divers, hardworking and willing to travel anywhere.

Thanks.

After working in several locations around the world, the best way to find employment is to research a potential employer and dive with them. This establishes a relationship where they can observe your abilities and how you interact with others. For me, this works far better than "cold calling" as you just become another resume on the pile. Sadly, if your not already in the area you wish to work in, you probably have to make first contact and then make arrangements afterwards. Remember many locations are seasonal so sometimes you'll have to pick your season and location. I'm sure you've seen on the PADI site a couple is a sought out commodity, so that's good for both of you. Occasionally I've taken a solo job but my wife would offer to video dives, training etc. which created a position for her. Best of luck!
