"more expensive gears" is not necessary though - just buy things that are trusted and under warrenties. I bought a lot of top notch gears for the first time about a month ago - all total up about $1,600. It was suppose to be 3K but the dive shop gave me a deal and everything there are great prices! Yeah, I got it from www.scubatoys.com.

Glad you found us. One of the ways that I've found ScubaBoard saves you a lot of money is through all of the great research and advise you can find here. Without the opinions here, you could buy a bunch of gear and then later buy a bunch more gear to replace the things you didn't know you didn't really want! Hopefully, that made sense.

Don't forget to fill out your profile, so that we can add context to your future posts. Also, once we know where you are geographically, you may find that you'll have a whole bunch of new dive buddies to choose from locally.
