After sitting out the fog, Merry Passage and I headed for Spongehenge just before noon. The surface water was clear blue, which only lasted until we reached twenty feet deep. I approached the anchor and saw a large Giant Sea Bass swimming along our chain. I took a couple of quick drive-by photos but they were as bad as I expected. What I didn't expect was to have a lot of GSBs coming up to us and taking 168 photos of them...only to realize that I forgot to change my settings from rear button focus only. I managed to salvage a few dark, slightly out-of-focus shots. We'll have to go back tomorrow for a do-over.
