Hi guys

Hoping to be in Barbados 13th Sept for 2 weeks. What are the conditions like at this time of year, weather, visibility etc.

Also has anyone any recommendations for dive centres, currently looking at diveprobarbados, eco dive, barbados blue, and the dive shop. Anyone used any of these outfits?

Cheers

well as always i recommend barbados blue. 'The Dive Shop' is literally right next door to barbados blue but its not open 7 days a week. diveprobarbados in st lawrence gap is a cool dive shop but prices a little higher than BB. never had any dealings with eco dive. it also depends on where you are staying. there are quite a few dive operators on the island. if you are staying up north i recommend reefers n wreckers. if you are in the christ church/ st michael area then barbados blue for sure. u can see quite a bit in 2 weeks.

oh and i don't work for a dive shop either. i work in a bank. and i have only been certified open water for just over a month. lol. i just really enjoy barbados blue.

Thanks for the report Rich. We're leaving for Barbados next week and I'm sure some of our activities will be off of your recommendations. I'll post the goods on return...
