Henderson Zippers

Anyone else with Henderson suits have problems with the zipper coming unzipped during their dive? I have 2 Henderson wetsuits. One is a 3mm Gold Core and the other a 5mm Thermoprene. They both fit great so this is not a size issue. They are definitely not too small. I have found that even if I make sure the zipper is all the way up and under the velcro flap and the velco is securely in place that sometimes I will come back up from the dive and have several inches of zipper unzipped. It does not happen on every dive and it used to be only with my 3mm which I use more often but now the 5mm started doing it.

Any solutions? Am I the only one with Hendersons to have this issue? The suits are still in great condition so I really hate to give them up just for this slight issue.

That used to happen, but putting the velcro over the suit while zipped completely fixed the problem for me. Henderson is really easy to work with, I would send them an email and see what they have to say about it. They have always resolved any problems I have had quickly.
