I purchased my TLS 350 6 months before they had there "problem". I have had my suit back to dui to repair all of my seams and reglue them all as well as repair my wrist seals as the glue wont keep the wrist seals on the suit. Since them I am still getting wet and after a month of having the suit back the wrist seals are peeling off again. One of which leaked to the point water wash gushing in on my hangs today. I am going to call DUI hopefully talk to faith however last time I complained about being wet without the wristseal problem they told me it was operator error mostly. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I am at my end with this suit and DUI. I have spoke to many shop owners who are having similar problems with no results from DUI. Anyone have some insight?

My suit was built 2 weeks before the date of the recall. I can't say I've had any problems like that. The only problems I've had was 2 mos. after getting the suit retrofitted with Zip Seals, the left sleeve started leaking badly, even with dry gloves on. I called DUI & sent the suit back in & they redid the job. No problems since that.

tls.jpgI am still under the "warranty" which I am hoping to get everything fixed however I am not very optomistic as this is the second set of seals that has peeled off. I am an instructor and you would think they would want to make me happy so my students see me happy and buy DUI. Which is ironic as my students are now looking to buy anything but DUI.

To top things off last time they sent my suit back it went to the wrong address with a finger nail whole in the next seal.

What can I say I am a unlucky dog owner.

I have to say kudos to Jessica and Faith at DUI. They are trying to keep me happy and do right by there customers. They will have my suit back for evaluations shortly.

Sorry to hear this. :shakehead:

Stories like yours definitely made me scratch DUI off my list.

Hi Bill

You are not an "unlucky" DOG owner, it is DUI that have a long history of quality problems, reliability issues, and poor customer service. It would seem that about 1 out of any 3 DUI owners are "unlucky", if that tells you anything.

Let us know how it works out for you.
