Help with Profile

I have been trying to fill in the information so people can view it and the first time
it took over 1 Hour and it got wiped out, I tried about an hour later and got two thirds done and it wiped me out again is this section timed out? I have never done this before
and I am not a typist, I use 1 finger, is there a solution to this problem? Thank You!

How about filling in a little bit, saving it, filling in a bit more, saving it - until you've finished.

There's no time-out on the Edit Profile page.

You can also try to type it first in notepad and then copy it into the field on the page.
