Does anyone know what this is? I’ve tried google lens and so many books but can’t find this

It is a Chiton, Cryptoplax larvaeformis, the white spots around the front are diagnostic of this species. In the future try to remember to include where the photo was taken, itʻll help with iding the animal in question.
