Help troubleshooting the Genesis Resource Pro computer

HELP. I am supposed to be diving with EAN tomorrow and cannot get into the setting menu on my computer! It is an old Genesis Resource Pro with Nitrox <some models apparently were Air only>. Pressing the button for 2 seconds while on the surface menu is supposed to bring me into the Settings menu. Pressing for less than 2 seconds brings you to the Log section. Right now any length press just brings me to the Log section. Pressing the button again is supposed to return to the Surface Sequence menu but currently I cannot exit the Log but have to wait for it to scroll through all the dives, then it returns to the Dive Plan surface sequence. Its worked earlier today but for some reason I cannot get into it now. I can't find anything useful online. The manual does not have a troubleshooting section. This is very frustrating. Anyone here awake and have any ideas?!
