Hi all Phillippines diving lovers,


What is the best 3 places to dive around Cebu?
How will you rank the following places: Apo island VS Moalboal VS Bohol/ Panglao VS VS Sumilon island VS Lyete?


I'm with around 65 dives, love the Phillippines, and have been to dive sites at Coron, Anilao and Boracay.
Planning another trip to Tubbataha reef in Mar2016.


For this trip, I want to explore dive site around Cebu.
I'm going this Dec 19-Jan 2, and have already book divings in Malapascua.


Dec 18 midnight: Fixed Flight to Cebu
Dec 19/20/21/22 AM: 3.5days of diving in Malapascua
Dec 23: Tentative flight to Dumaguete at 10am
Dec 23pm to Jan 1pm: 10days of diving
Jan2: Fixed Evening flight leaving from Cebu


I have 10days unplanned, want to check where will you guys recommend me to go?

My suggestion:
Dec 22: Full day diving in Malapascua. No need to sit around because you need to observe "no fly penalty".
Dec 23: Travelling from Malapascua to Moalboal. If you start early you should be able to make couple of dives on the same day. Actually you can skip Moalboal and travel all the way to Dumaguete if you want. But that would be a plenty long day of travelling. And the road should be very busy.
Dec 24 -26: Diving around Moalboal.
Dec 27: Public bus and ferry to Dumaguete.
Dec 27 to 01 Jan: Diving around the area.
02 Jan: Direct ferry from Dumaguete to Cebu and leave for home.

Please make reservation over the entire period.
