I might be able to help with a few ids. Please correct me if I am wrong on any of these.
From the top down:

1: ?
2: Phyllodesmium koehleri
3: Pteraeolidea semperi
4: Pteraeolidea semperi
5: Sagaminopteron psychedelicum
6: possibly Melibe engeli ?
7: possibly a Cyerce sp. or Polybranchia sp.
8: ?
9: ?
10:
Phyllidiella pustulosa

I dove in Romblon a little over a year ago. It was a great place. Hope some of these ids help.

1: Facelinidae sp.
2: Phyllodesmium koehleri
3: Pteraeolidea semperi
4: Pteraeolidea semperi
5: Sagaminopteron psychedelicum
6: Melibe Colemani
7:
I would throw in Melibe coralophilia, just for the size (I don't believe in Cyerce sp.) but the photo doesn't show much
8: Can't see anything ...
9: Can't see much except the hydroids except a spot of yellow and black, so just for this I would suspect Cyerce NIgra ..
10: ?
