I will add General Santos to the list.
And if you are an out door person then you should try Camiguin. Diving is so so but the top=side is ace.
Only New York in Subic is attractive for serious divers. LST and El Capitan are good enough for 1-2 dives and the rest eg. LCU etc etc. I will give them a miss.

.

Could you please recomend any dive-centers/hotels there? I'm thinking about this place, but it's not to much infromation ... One more question: what kind of diving there ?

There should be enough information on Gen San in this board!!!
Paul Partridge at South Point Diver is probably your best option.
Chris Dearn(Tuna City Diver) is another person but his resort(Cambridge Farm) is a bit far from the sites.
The Tinoto Wall just below the resort is the best among the country. Some of the off shore reefs are also very good.

You can also combine Gen San with Davao which is about 3hrs away.

about 25 km from the city one of the nicest dive resorts i have ever
stayed . there is an excellent house reef in front of south point part
of tinito wall with about 4 dive sites. it is a marine sanctuary tons
of small reef fish also saw some very large barracudas bump head
fish groupers turtle morays and ribbon eels some of the dive sites
have pretty strong currents . the local area is also interesting
