Help me pick a cheap replacement for my SOLA 4000

I want a video light and a dive light, but prefer to save the $$ and sell off my SOLA.

I am looking at something like this for $120 US each, maybe using two of them.

I have a mounting system so all good.

Now I need lights.

I love the SOLA, but the $$ are too high for the use.

I have a real dive torch too, but looking at a cheap chinese back up too. (need help here too)
