Indonesia and Philippines sounds perfect. Apart from Bali the best Indonesian dive spots are pretty quiet. The Philippines has a bit more night life in that bars are common but also can be quiet enough at night except for Puerte Galera. However if you have time there is always something going on, you just need to find it!
The Philippines is very easy to get around by ferry and bus and you will not need to book ahead at that time of year. Its always worth contacting your next dive resort but no need for military planning as your plans will and should change every day!
