I'm a Fish!
Ive attached a photo of a jelly and then a close up of a fish that was inside it. There were 2 of these.

I know I have seen them somewhere in a book but now cant positively identify them.

I think the are probably juveniles and guesses so far include Batfish or Jackfish - someone even going so far as to say they might be just out of laval stage.

The foto ws taken 2 days ago at Chumpon Pinnacle, Koh Tao .....jelly was very close to surface.

I think they are juvenile jack mackerels. There has been some research showing that 30% of moon jellies off Japan contain these young fish and that the fish use the jellies not only for protection, but also as a food source, feeding on other animals trapped in the jellies' tentacles.
