Friend of mine says its an old model atomic but I have doubts. It has no markings except for a stringnof numbers. It has 2 HP ports and 4 LP kn a swivel with a bottom port that looks like its also LP.

No idea but doubt it’s atomic, looks like a MK 20/25 clone to me.
 
Check vintage regulators on the following; CRESSI, INSPIRE or ScubaPro MK25
 
also check EZDIVE regulators made in Italy
