You hear about places where wrecks are literally stacked on top of one another, but it's rare to find them in the real world.
Well, this is one of those places.
This is the waters of the Hylebos Waterway in Tacoma WA and people have been sinking vessels here for a long time. I've marked the more interesting wrecks on the attached sonogram and I'm hoping people might have some insight on the identity of some of them.
The tearing in the attached image is an artifact of Google Earth and until i can get one of my more photoshop savvy friends to stitch the image together for me, i'm kind of stuck with this.
The still floating (for the moment) vessels of this breakwater also have some interesting histories and I have a video about them here:
