Hello-I would appreciate help identifying this first and second-stage models and their years. Based on a Google search, it could be a very old Titan, but that's about all I know. I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth keeping and paying for maintenance or if I should invest in a new setup. Thank you!

It's a pre-2010 Titan. I love them. Maybe not a high performer but certainly a Sherman tank of regs (direct descendant of the Conshelf).

One minor weak spot is the "ears" on the purge cover sometimes get fragile and break so be careful when removing it.

You might try soaking in hot water to rejuvinate the plastic:

You are in Kauai? Get it serviced and use it. It will perform as well as anything newer in your local waters (or any other warm water locations).

If you start heading down the path of technical or cold water diving, you'll know when it's time to switch to a different reg.

I didn't answer your other question. Your model of Titan - both first and second stage - was made from 1999-2008.

The faceplate design of the OP's 2nd stage was first marketed in 2003/2004 (I believe 2004 is more accurate though)....that should help narrow dating it down a little bit more.
