I am getting ready to go to Palau for the first time (first week of May) and decided that this was the occasion that was going to push me over the edge to buy housing for my Canon Digital Rebel camera:

What are the advantages/drawbacks are between the housings:
Aquatica A300
Sea & Sea DX300D
Ikelite 6870.1
(I've ruled out the Subal C300 model b/c it's just too expensive)

and what strobes should I look at getting?

The more centralized the controls the better (as I also dive in cold California waters and rather not reach up to the strobes to manipulate them).

Any advise, shopping suggestions, etc. you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Alexandra
