I shoot a fuji e900 in raw mode and almost all the pics keep turning out really really grainy. Does anybody know why this is happening or how to avoid it? I'm pretty sure I was shooting on ISO 200 without strobe. I'm at work now but will try to post some of them later on.

Were you shooting in bright sunshine? May want to turn the ISO to 100?
 
Post a pic if you can.

My first guess is that you are underexposing as this is the major cause of noise (grain). The other major cause is high ISO - so next time turn yours to the lowest possible ISO setting you can to ensure that you have the least noise introduced by ISO.
