sorry for the US orientation we are intending to globalize this in the future.

No need to apologize, but if you're going to globalize the survey you should add CMAS and perhaps BSAC to the list of agencies. In Europe, the common agencies are PADI and CMAS. In the UK, add BSAC to the top of the list.

Will do, I think I had an other box for some of the agency questions, we will use those text box responses to update the lists and I will add the ones you mention if they do not get mentioned. We would certainly like to have an international cohort amongst the panel membership.
 
I travel 30 minutes to 2 hours to dive any-time in Scotland, or travel around the world for a two week diving trip. the survey doesn't allow differentiation between these two types of diving.

No it doesn't...the purpose of this survey is to recruit a panel.

Probably fair to say that leaves me out.

Probably so at this stage. As time passes we will be adjusting the panel membership and, perhaps, incorporating people with preferences similar to yours. Thanks anyway. Actually anyone that is a certified diver is a part of the population we want to sample so you are not left out :)
