Help-Diff between Olympus PTMC-01 & Fantasea SharpEye Lens M67

Howdy,

does anyone out there know the differences between the Olympus PTMC-01 Underwater Macro Conversion Lens & the Fantasea SharpEye Lens M67 (obviously besides the price)?
I have a very good opportunity (discounts/gift cards/store rebates etc.) on these two specific lenses to purchase for a steal.

I have had the Olympus lens the optical quality is great however the power is so little that is only useful as an add on lens not on its own
The fantasea lens looks like similar power but I doubt the glass will be the same quality
Depending on what camera you have none of those lens may be of any help
