Right...I'm very new to Scuba, I go for my first ever class on Saturday. I am very excited and a teeny bit scared (watched Jaws last night, not very clever! :icon10.

I live in the U.K, I'm in my early twenties and I'm not the perfect physique for Scuba Diving (small and round...very round )

So that's me!

Oh, I think that watching Jaws is excellent preparation for diving. And Thunderball, The Deep, The Abyss, and, lest we forget, Open Water!

(Of course, I love to scare myself! Maybe watch Jaws before a night dive...)

Good luck in your course - please write a report in the New2Scuba forum describing your experience. It's always nice to see our sport through new eyes.
