Thanks for the links I check into it. Does your friend have any problems with the contacts if the mask needs to be cleared? You sometimes you get some water that occassionally seeps in and needs to be cleared. Maybe I should check into contacts and just wear my mask as with the contacts, I have never worn contacts before, so I don't how that will work but it gives me something else to check into
Thanks

the lenses for an oceanic mask from my lds is 45 a piece and the atomic lenses are 40 a piece just check with your lds for details

Do you have problems with your contacts if water gets in your mask?

Scubanut101 - During a dive, I have never had a problem with my contacts when water gets in my mask. I'll shut my eyes, clear the mask and I'm good.

Take a look at my profile pic and you will see that I actually have water in my mask, directly below my left eye. I didn't even realize that until a fellow SB'er saw the picture and commented that I look relatively comfortable even though I had water in my mask...talk about being clueless :dork2:. I did the entire dive without recalling the water in my mask being an issue. Yep, I can be clueless at times.

welcome aboard

My friend has been diving with contacts for last 4 years or so and never said anything about having problems with it. But everybody is different so you have to try yourself.
