Greetings from Palo Alto, California. I'm getting "back into it" after almost a 2 year lay off, and I thought this board would help out. Am heading for the Big Island to dive around Kona in September 2005. Anybody have any thoughts about dive operators? I'm tentatively scheduled to dive a few days with Kona Coast Divers.

Separately, I'm about to put C-straps on my Apollo fins, and am going to follow the instructions posted on the Apollo Web site. Has anybody done this out there? Any tips beyond the posted instructions?

You are welcome. To set up your countdown timer, click on the "user cp" in the menu bar, scroll down to the bottom, it is under Misc.
