I am also completely guilty of analysis paralysis as I am sure you probably know by now. Blue Angel has great breakfast and fun shore diving. If I could ever get one of my dive buddies to commit to a trip I would probably do Aldora to explore the other side of the island and see the spanish gallions and dive with 120's. The great thing about Cozumel is that the family can take a $2 cab ride into town and do tourist activities while you could dive.
