hello all, I have almost completed my open water cert and am hoping to go diving in nearby lake mead a few times prior to deploying to iraq again july.

I don't know what y'all call them now? We called them Flak Jackets in 1970, and they were hot & heavy, but wear yours all the time, regardless, and live to dive another day. :medal:

Hey bremen66, welcome to SB, great to have you doing our country a service, thank you.
So Lake Mead out to be a pretty cool dive, I've never done a fresh water dive.
Maybe you can do some diving in your travel with the military, that would be nice.
