Hi everyone,

I just stumbled across this site while lookin up info about neck seals on yahoo!
Looks like a great place to chat with people with similiar interests. I got my open water about two or three weeks ago, and I am still waiting to get that identification card. So while I am waiting for that, I signed up for the advanced course. First class was last saturday with visibility zero, couldn't even see my buddy with my D8 flashlight. The only good thing out of that was knowing that I can use my compass effectively underwater in order to get back to shore.
Anyways, looking forward to reading about other people's experiences. See you guys around

Welcome to the Scubaboard. That one thing you will found out pretty quick about
diving in the Pacific Northwest, the viz is good one day and the next it's the ****.
That the price you have to pay to dive in paradise. ;)
