Mabuhay and Welcome to ScubaBoard!! I did my OW, AOW, and Rescue certs in Cebu this spring!! Beautiful diving in the Philippines!! I got to dive Apo, Malapascua/Gato, Bohol, and I've been to Boracay and Puerto Galera!! Love it over there and look forward to coming back for more diving!!!
