Hello from the cold depths of Canada

Hello all! I'm a new diver from Montreal, Canada. I'm really looking forward to benefitting from all your wisdom!!! Until the day I can start dispensing some myself!

As a a starting point, here is my first question:

I just got a housing for my Olympus Stylus 410 for my B-day, and am planning on taking it out VERY soon...

Any ideas on good settings for water with medium visibility? i.e. the St-Lawrence river?
