Hi folks. I was certified a year ago while on vacation in Hawaii. I recently decided, despite living in a desert, that I want to dive with some regularity. I have begun acquiring my own gear and have done some local lake diving. While the local diving is certainly different than exploring a tropical reef, I do enjoy it, and its a good training ground.
