I’m surprised it’s cold enough for a drysuit there. In Canada it’s pretty much mandatory

Did some dives out at the Kadena AFB beach in 1993 while there with the US Navy. Great beach dive with tons of diversity. Top 5 in my 32 years of diving. You're lucky to be there, take full advantage of it. I was only there for a couple weeks at a time as a Naval Aircrewman and finding enough time between flights for scuba was tough.

I was stationed out at Tori station working up at NSGA Hanza 1993, I loved scuba diving all over around the island... Maeda point was quite interesting and fun. However I didn't enjoy climbing down the cliff
I'm going to Bali this month.
