oh yeah weve known each other for about 8 or 9 years, 2 more ive known for the same time, one that has been certified for about 4-5 years i believe thru blue meridian. there was no way i was going to start this myself i would feel uncomfortable doing this without people i know so we can help each other and learn from each other.

That's terrific that you already have buddies. My first year was a very slow start, being that I knew no one who dives. I soon hooked up with a few divers from the area & we eventually went on to create the Evansville Scuba Club about 4 yrs ago. Basically it is based out of Evansville, but we have divers from all over IN, KY, TN & IL. & divers of all levels from beginners, to intermediate, advanced, Instructors, technical divers. since then I've not had any real problems finding buddies. Our home base dive site is Pennyroyal.
