Hey all,
I'm just getting back into diving after 15 years since my last dive.
I took a refresher with a local shop last week and had a great experience with the instructor. Going through all of the proceedures, I thought to myself, "SELF!... It is like I just did this yesterday.. I seem to remember it all ... sort of like riding a bike."
After finishing up the checks, I had about 20 mins left, so I spent that time re-doing all of the proceedures over and over... mask clearing, gear removal, bouyance control, etc.. I was only in a pool... but I sure had a great time.

I had a great time getting back into the water, and passed my checks with flying colors.

I am heading to Key Largo in October with family and friends. Looking forward to some diving! Can't wait!

I am also looking to advance my training. I was OW certified at 14 (1984), and didn't go any further. But I think I am going to start on my Advanced cert, then continue on to Rescue diver, and probably all the way up the training chain at some point.

Thanks Kiming!

I did my refresher with SDI. They seem like a great bunch over there.
