Ethan made his first dive after certification in Catfish Hole at Manatee Springs State Park. We had fun chasing them baby cats all over the place. He had to dig through some duckweed, first! It took a grandnephew in need of certification to drag me back from retirement.

He was only 3-4 inches long, and there were dozens of them from an inch on up...

He hasn't seen this yet, as we are starting to work through our GoPro footage. This is from a screen grab looking up at his silhouette. The aperture is formed by all the duckweed being pushed to the side my my bubbles.
