Just a quick note to say hi. I like to travel and dive with my wife and daughter to warm water destinations. We enjoy photography, identifying new (for us) species and watching interesting behaviors. I've looked at the forum a lot for travel advice over the years and thought I should formally join.

where about in our beautiful country ?

Welcome! Real warm water is Florida, Blue Heron Bridge Pompano Beach, Key West are good places for photography in USA, st Croix Frederickstead pier in one of my favorites too.
May I ask what camera you use? I gave away my GoPros in despair of bad photos and looking at Olympus TG7 but not sure what results I’ll get from that sensor.

Hello fellow Canadian.. I too love the warm water.. here at home the water {mostly} is to cold.. But I dont go anywhere in the usa.. its the caribbean for me

Welcome to SB eh! Hahaha

We got certified in those cold waters off Brockville but have fond memories of the well preserved wrecks. I think water gets above 70 in Aug-Sept :)

SB is a great resource. From trip reviews to equipment and setup ideas to recent events … and some good humor too. Many experienced divers ready to reply to questions and give advice and share experience.

Welcome from NS. We used to snowbird in Destin, FL on the panhandle. Too expensive lately.
