Hello all,

I'm a 60 year old diver (been diving for 40 years) now living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Although I don't do fresh water or cold water diving anymore I still love to travel to sunny spots and dive in the 84 degree @ 80 feet water. Some of my equipment is more than 25 years old, well maintained and works great (for me). I started UW photography with a Nikonos I, then II, then IV...got tired of all the o-ring maintenance and went to a SeaLife camera. Got tired of the crummy pictures and went to a Sony DCR-SC100 DV Camcorder with Mako housing (I love that). My wife and I both dive and one day we might just run across one of the board members in Cozumel, Belize or where ever. Cheers to all.

WELCOME TO :sblogo:
There is nothing wrong with older gear and I have many dive friends that prefer the dual hose and vintage equipment! It would be great to hear your experiences! The best way to learn is from those that have been there!

Happy diving!
