Kell, I'm in Sandy Springs. Inside the P, Just north of Buckhead.

Bobb, no quarries in Georgia that I know of. I drive to Birmingham, (Pelham actually) and dive at Alabama Blue Water quarry. From Atlanta it's only about a 2 hour drive. He's got a great facility out there. Nitrox and air fills on sight, dive shop, changing rooms, many platforms, and the bottom is at about 140'.

Its VERY cold down there. It was 45 degrees F at the bottom on Sunday. Brrrrr......... :cold: :eek:

I may be relocating to Atlanta, seeking out dive buddies for regional diving....so count me in.
 
At least you're closer to Florida Cave Diving and the Gulf.
 
PM LadyDiver for information. I don't remember all the details, but basically you have to write and submit a club charter and show enough people are interested to justify the club.
