My buddy up the street got his card this past weekend out at CSSP ... the instros & DMs took a few folks down to 60', past the *second* thermocline. He was *very* grateful I lent him my hood.
"Are you sure I'll need this?"
"Yes. You'll need it. When you get down there, crack the side of it and let a little of that 55-60deg water in. Trust me. You'll need it"

Welcome to the board! The thermocline at CSSP felt good this past weekend after hanging just outside and above the platform as I DM'd an OW class! Dropping from that 84 degree water into that 78 degree water was a relief!
We were a Clear Springs on Friday from about 3- 7 in the afteernoon. My son got his c-card last week and had only dove in Athens and wanted him to experince a different type of dive before we go to Cozumel on the 25th. Has anyone used Dving With Allison, she comes highly recomended?
