I have not posted to the site in over a year. I only dove one time last year, after hitting it hard for 3 or more years. I just got a little burned out. My buddy and I dove mostly in Hatteras. It was worth the drive down from Newport News to get nice clear, warm water. Usually spent the nite on J T's boat.

Anyway, we are back and he bought a 24ft Albemarle boat. We plan on using it for some Va Baech diving so hopefully we wil get some volunteers to go out with us. Would be ideal to have about 4 to 5 experienced divers on board.

You will probably see us around Lynnhavens boats as well. Can't wait to get back out to the Morgan.

Hello Gary, PM me when you all are planning a dive & I will try to get on it. I would also be open to being on your private boat. I dive Va. Beach quite often so no need to worry about me as a diver.
AOW with Nitrox & Rescue certs. I am going through TDI Advanced Nitrox/ Deco procedures right now. I dive doubles a lot, but also have large volume singles which usually are a better bet for smaller private boats.
I might also be able to pull in another diver currently in DC, but comes to VB almost every weekend & is itching to get back in the water. He has way more experience than me so no worries there.

Spearo,

We definatly plan on towing down to Hatteras and Oregon inlet this summer. Could use someone familiar with the area. Will keep in touch.

Most of our dives were with Johnnie at Outer Banks and a few with Bill McDermot.

Thanks
Gary

Rad,

I have been following your posts for awhile. Even though I took a little break, I was still reading the boards. IWe don't need to worry about your skills. I did see your buddy moved to DC, but hopefully he will make it down some.

We are not quite into doubles, but we both dive HP 120's.Both of us are AD Open Water and have dove most of the wrecks from the Morgan to the Proteus.

Look forward to meeting you this year and I am sure we can get together.

Gary

Gary,
I would also be interested in hooking up with you. I travel often, which is where I do most of my diving, but if I am around I would certainly take you up on an invitation. I'm AOW, 65 dives, a few off of VB but most off of San Diego and Hawaii. I usually dive an HP 119 with a 19 pony. Hope to hear from you as the season goes on.

Bobby,

Will definatly keep in touch. It is good to hear from you guys. What we really are looking forward to doing is diving some wrecks that normally get dived by the Bigger dive boats. We are in to exploring some wrecks as well as hitting some of the old faithfuls, espically the Morgan.

Hi Gary. I'd like to join you as well. I do most of my diving out of Ocean City, Maryland, am AOW and almost done advanced nitrox and deco procedures. I haven't made it down to VA beach for diving yet, but it is high on my list. The Morgan and Luckenbach sound really interesting, but I'd be open for just about anything. Thanks.

Andrew

Hey Gary,
My buddy and I would be up for it- both of us dive doubles/ sling, and I DM on a boat in Morehead.
