Hold the phone- maybe a battery powered device that produces hydrogen gas from seawater. The hydrogen gas will lift the balloons up, and if it's nighttime, you could implode them to attract attention! I guess you could push the oxygen byproduct as a self rescue feature! Get on it! :D there is no emoticon suitable to express the tongue in cheekiness of this post

We have a problem...seawater would produce chlorine gas from the sodium chloride in it then it would combine with hydrogen to create hydrochloric acid woo... getting technical here but you know you have something there.

Let me think about it some more, maybe i'll cut you in and name you consultant. :14:
