...the canister is probably tougher than the Pelican case :D

The lighthead could definitely use the protection though.
 
Looks sweet. Do you have a spot for spare o-rings, bulb, etc... I have heard of people using the small otter boxes for that stuff.

Well, the o-rings, a spare couple baggies, some qtips and a few other things i actually put above teh lids padding and just replace it - seems to fit well. Will have to find a good place for a spare bulb when the kit gets here. that may actually go nicely right beside the head or even underneath it at the front (theres lots of space still underneath things that you cant really see from the pictures).

After taking it out last weekend, i've started wrapping the canister head in a baggie just to keep dust and gunk off the o-ring.
