Heating vest battery

Hi, I am located in California and I am looking for battery to power my Santi Flex 2.0 heating vest.
Need only about 3 hours burning time so these three options seems to be about right:

• Halcyon - 20-AMP LiIon
• Light Monkey - 15 Ah Heater Pack
• Ammonite System - ACCU Thermo Type 24

My consideration preference are:

1. OK to fly with
2. Good customer service

The Light Monkey and Ammonite are OK to fly with but I can't find any info about the Halcyon. Does anyone know?
Regarding the customer service, I have no doubts about Halcyon but read different stories about the other two.

Can I know your experiences before I decide?
