Healthway Tank Capacity?

Can anyone help me determine the actual cubic foot capacity of a 1967 Healthway steel tank;tank marks dot 3AA 1880 HK12319. The diamensions are roughly 20" base to top of valve X 7" in diameter. I believe this is a low pressure 1880 psi with a potential plus rating.

It's a 72 I'm guessing? I have a few and actually dove with them this weekend.

Height and pressure are too low for a 72. I had some converted 38s about that size but I wouldn't think Healthways would have sold them as late as 67.
